Tom,
I need to return the coat i just purchased. You listed the item as a 6P which means 6 Petite. The coat is extremely large and in no way can be a 6 petite. Please respond. The item is not as described. I can send a picture if needed.

Two small problems in sending it back. First, you gave me one star without giving me a chance to address your concern. The second problem is that you accepted the item so now I have no way to refund the money.
Can you please change the rating to 5 stars or no rating and then please go back into posh mark and reject the item? That will allow you to print a return shipping label and also allow me to refund your money.

Please sign into your account and go to my purchases. Find the item and click on it. You will see a drop down box near the bottom that says problem/inquiry. Select that and then choose item not as described.

Hello. Sorry for your frustration. I travel extensively for work and do not always have the opportunity to respond to personal emails with a 24 hour turn around. You just sent me a message yesterday and I was on a plane all day.

@poochie64 In terms of helping you with this transaction, I have done all that I can. I told you how to try and return the item and then when you could not do that, I took the time to research alternative ways to take the coat back. Because you accepted the time before you tried it on, the only option was for me to send Poshmark a notice that I had shipped the wrong item.

@poochie64 That should have triggered Poshmark to send you a note asking if you wanted to return the incorrect item. Poshmark will not let us communicate directly so it is out of my hands. I am sorry that I cannot help. Please contact Poshmark customer service and ask for their assistance.
