Hi Tom..I shipped your shoes yesterday at 10:45a..I checked your tracking it says still pending scan. I called USPS and the representative I spoke with says that the carrier never scanned the box, so she says they could have still shipped without the scanning, so please contact me when you get them to let me know they arrived in a timely manner! She is going to call me back after she speaks with the carrier so I will keep you updated. Thank you so much! 😊

Hey Tom, In my latest update on your shoes, USPS says they cannot find your box; “imagine that”! unfortunately, I have to begin a claim, but in the meantime I will look for more Merrell! Those were a personal item! Is there any other brand that you prefer? I will hunt them down for you as best I can! this has NEVER happened with a shipment but it is the First time I’ve ever had one picked up from my home also! That will NEVER happen again!!!
