emilychristinef @timmegun45 I'm sorry you had such a horrible experience with this purse. Had I known you were so dissatisfied with it we could have easily returned it and you would have been refunded. I would have had no problem with doing that for you. I didn't know you were so unhappy. emilychristinef @timmegun45 I just was reading the Poshmark guidelines in Poshmark Support this is what it says "Once you have received your order, please ensure your purchase is as described within the listing. If everything is okay with your order, accept the order so that we can release your payment to the seller. Once the funds are released to the seller, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided." I'm sorry but since you accepted the order and left a review it's to late for a refund.

timmegun45 @candace0822 I was expecting a new bag (bc I was going to give it as a gift). You said it was NWOT. It is in good shape for me but it isn't new like I can give it as a gift. The bottom has a few stains and the handles have wear. Anyway, I am not sure what poshmark will say but we'll hear from them. No hurt feelings towards you at all!

candace0822 @timmegun45 hmmm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied...I took a video of the bag and honestly since I've never used it not sure how the wear on the handles came about and I never noticed it. I hope there will be a satisfactory resolution

timmegun45 @candace0822 Maybe the handles come with wrinkles and sagging leather.... It could be for a bag like this. My other Kate Spade purses aren't like that but each has a design of their own.
