kav4454 hi. thank you for your purchase of the little girls cat hat. upon getting this out if storage, the tag came off but the plastic hook is still attached. I wanted to make sure you still wanted it. this has never been worn and is new. I just wanted you to be aware. I plan on shipping out today so if you have any questions, please let me know.
