poshpug20 @tommietoon69 I notified posh and they have not done anything yet. So this is what I’m thinking. It may get resolved faster if you go in and make a case stating that you received the wrong item. Then they should send you a shipping label to return the item and the other customer as well. And then if you still want the item, I can mail it back to you thank you so much for your patience I’m so sorry about this

liketherest hi! Just wanted to let you know I sent out your order out last week. I think the same day you placed it. I think posh authenticates orders over 500 so I'm guessing that's what the delay is from.
