I’m sorry for your experience with the UGG Bag. It was never used and still had tag. The glitter defect was how it was purchased. It was also listed. Is there something else wrong with it? I would definitely accept a return if you want.

For the future, please, avoid compulsive shopping. Ask questions before buying or placing an order. So you’re sure that the item you are interested in is up to your standards. Your cancellation cost me my time to photograph and list the bag again. And Time is Money!
