unseakat Hi Toni - I am so sorry about the dress! I did not notice a stain on it - it’s new and unworn with tags! Is it a water stain? We were impacted by Hurricane Florence and one of our post offices shut down due to water damage. I’m not saying that’s the cause but I’m not sure what could have happened. I go over all items before packaging to check for defects. I hope that you will consider returning the dress as opposed to the two-star rating, which will impact my overall rating as a seller.

tcook0524 @unseakat it’s more like an oil or grease stain. I’m hoping the dry cleaners can get it out, because I love this dress. I’ll be there tomorrow to see if it can be fixed, if not I’ll gladly return it.

unseakat @tcook0524 Hi Toni - I was just checking in on the dress. Hopefully the cleaners were able to help?! Again, I am so sorry about the stain. I truly did not see anything or I would certainly have disclosed. My seller rating is too important not to! 😔
