lana19618 Hi there , I wanted to let you know that you must’ve shipped the purse in the wrong box that cost money because they’re asking me to pay $22 so I think you shipped it in the wrong box so I’m going to have to deny it it’ll come back to you and you’ll have to re-ship it posh Mark’s label has to be on it and it Has to be in the correct box. This is happened to me before and that’s what you do because when I bought the purse I already paid for the shipping. Thank you

tonievans711 @lana19618 Hi there! I’m sorry that happened to you. I shipped it in a usps envelope with the Poshmark prepaid label so I’m not sure why they would ask you to pay $22. The label is good for up to 5lbs and I know the purse isn’t 5 lbs. I’ll have to see if they give an explanation when it returns

lana19618 @tonievans711 Hi , I did look at the tracking number and it is for that purse sometimes if you use the wrong envelope they charge for that also so I don’t know the best bet is to use your own box with their label then you don’t have to worry. It’s OK thank you so much I do want the purse .

lana19618 But it’s also showing not delivered and still saying shipped?? The only reason I knew it was your purse is because of the tracking number on the slip and then I looked at the Poshmark tracking numbers and it was the Purse. Thank you

tonievans711 @lana19618 if you track it directly on usps website there’s a note that says they attempted to deliver but there was no secure delivery location so they left a note. It says you can schedule a redelivery on usps. That’s why I was confused about why they’d leave you a note to pay for it, but tracking says it couldnt be delivered because of no secure location. You can also send back to sender online as well when you track it as an option

lana19618 @tonievans711 Hi , I have never had that problem and I get 8 to 10 packages a day the post office knows me very well! And I know both of the postal workers they always leave it on my front porch !! This is a postage due slip . I can send you a picture if you want from my phone
