@israelking87 No I love the shoes! The issue is w/my husband ordered the wrong size: 8.5 not 7.5. I’ve never wore a shoe that big. I can even show you proof w/an Ebay pair I ordered last week b/c I didn’t want it to seem like I was experimenting w/ shoe sizes. I understand there are no returns but at $190 I wanted to try so it’s not a total loss since I can’t wear them. I thought maybe I could ask & exchange (of course me paying the return $) since this is our error not yours.

@israelking87 I was thinking of just buying the 7.5’s outright and simply returning the 8.5 pair if an exchange is something Poshmark does not allow. So I could just directly return the shoes I have & Buy the other pair separately. Or I can try to contact Poshmark and see about the exchange but whatever is easiest for you. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!!!

If they don't allow an "exchange" per se, it's sounds like they will allow an exception/return. So I will do 1 of 3 things 1. Buy the 7.5 outright & send the others back for credit 2. Send back the others & you send the 7.5's (I wonder if we "need" them to even do that...) but that would be a trust factor & I don't want to make you nervous 3. Or like you said, buy the other pair & try to sell the 8.5's. But that's almost $400 in shoes that I can't afford... Again, I'm SO SORRY!

@israelking87 yes and thank you. for sorry for the delay. I’m a teacher and it was conference week so I get a little behind. The shoes are wonderful and fit perfectly= my size LOL :)
I haven’t had a chance to contact Poshmark again but I’m still hoping to return the others directly and if not it’s my husband’s $200 error that he’ll have to live with. thank you for all the communication and again the patience with my “issue”. Very sincerely! tthole

I just got off the phone with a rep, once I get the official ok to return the 8.5 shoes are you sure you're still okay with that? I just don't want to hurt your business whatsoever or create extra work for you. It took some time to weed through some of the rules and "how to's" to do this properly, thus the wait time. Let me know your thoughts before I proceed :) Thank you!
