I just have to say that I think it's completely rude that you would leave me 2 stars for the handbag you purchased when there was no mention of a shoulder strap, no pictures of a shoulder strap, and no inquiries from you regarding a shoulder strap. I pride myself on providing the best service and product that I can for my customers, and this was just completely disheartening. I have never had this happen in all my transactions. Next time, I suggest reaching out to the seller before purchase.
