labelladeborah I don’t know what’s happening with my purchase from you. The shipping information states on this he 23rd it was out for delivery but I didn’t receive it. Then it states delivery has been delayed. Can you please help find my purchase? I contacted Poshmark support and asked for help. It’s been 3 days since it was supposedly out for delivery.

tkelly216 @labelladeborah I just called the help line and punched in the tracker# and of course the automated response was word for word what I already knew: on April 23rd the package was delayed but is still on it’s way. So it made it to CA but I don’t know what caused the delay. I hope your local PO will be able to talk to an actual person to get the details. I hate it’s taking so long!!! This is crazy

labelladeborah @tkelly216 I know right! We’ll find it. I’d nearly bet one of our crazy postmen let it slip under something in his truck! Was it sent in a box or an envelope? The day that it states it was out for delivery I had 3 packages delivered to our back patio ( we live in a gated condominium community) so when my husband got home, he went out to our bank mailbox to check for another package and nothing was there. The next morning when I checked Poshmark- it said delayed shipping. Weird!

labelladeborah @tkelly216 great thank you for the info! I know one of the workers at the post office- he’s very nice so now I can tell him that it’s in a box vs envelope. That might help in the search! I’ll keep you updated with what I find out. Thanks again- you awesome posher you!
