fabu4les @toniiacobbo I am so sorry you were not happy with the mask. It has a hepa filter sewn into the lining and once washed it will soften up. Otherwise, I have lost money on many items I couldn't use and hate the idea of that for anyone else. I don't see how to do a refund but if you would like me to ship you another mask I'd be more than happy to at no charge.
