pinkposhdaisy I’m sorry that you are less than satisfied with the Lululemon hoodie you purchased from me. I don’t agree with the low rating you gave me as I don’t know what else besides the measurements, which I included, I could have “improved” upon in the description. It is the very reason I include the measurements. I suggest the issue is actually the sizing by the manufacturer Lululemon. All the best to you.

I simply wanted to acknowledge your disappointment, apologize and suggest that I try to do everything right as a Seller. If you would like to open a case for a return I will accept it. Not sure if the platform will allow now tho. Again my apologies. I don’t like having an unhappy buyer. ☹️
