amychangnl Hi Toni, thank you for the purchase. When I was packing it today, I found a little scratch in the back of the clutch. I haven't used it since it was posted on poshmark and looks like the scratch might be from storing. I don't want to send out something that doesn't match the pictures and description. If you want to cancel the sale, I totally understand. If you still like the clutch, I can post pictures so you can see the scratch.I can also lower the price. Sorry about the inconvenience. Thanks!

ecedali101 Thank you for purchasing my COACH denim purse. I received a message from Poshmark telling me there was an error with the shipping label that was sent to me so for some reason the purse is being shipped back to me? Not sure what is happening as this has never happened before. The email stated once I get it back, I need to reprint the new shipping label and re-mail to you. I'm tracking the purse now and if it does come back to me, I will reship back to you. Thanks!

buythatbag I am so sorry! I packed the key case a few days ago and marked it shipped. I just noticed I dropped it under my desk so it wasn't actually shipped yet. I do have it waiting now for my mail carrier to pick up. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you enjoy it!
