kswiley Hi you have place an offer on an item in my shop I tried yesterday to send a message as I'm still new to this site and I guess it didn't get to you as you countered again. I did not ralzie this item was still posted I have never yet had any sales or request to buy and forgot this item was posted and had passed it along a month ago so it's no longer available. littleluvresale Hi Toni - I just noticed the one star rating on your shoes. Those were Brand New direct from my distributor, so I have zero clue how the strap could have just been broken. Also, as a fellow seller...Im sure you understand how damaging a ONE star rating can be and truly wish you had reached out to me prior to hurting my reputation. littleluvresale My recommendation would be to reach out to Poshmark and see if the return can still be processed, even thou you accepted them. Send them photos of the damages and if they can accept it, ill go ahead and accept. Otherwise, communication would have been ABSOLUTE key on this transaction, as I would have made every effort to fix the issue before my account received its FIRST single star in 4 years of selling. I dont sell damaged products and take my business very seriously as its how I feed my fam.
