persianbelletx Hi, Tonie. Thanks for welcoming me to Poshmark last year. I have been purchasing clothes, but I want to start selling. I have some questions regarding the rules, specifically stock images and size charts. Some Poshers use them. I take my own photos of clothes, but I have 👖that don’t fit on my dress form. I don’t have a mannequin or a model. I found images of the pants on a mannequin or model (no face). If we need permission, who do we contact/give credit? Can we use size charts with credit?

You are certainly allowed to use stock photos and size charts for your listings, no need to give credits, since these photos are available all over the internet. I am using a royalty free image to bring attention to Poshmark’s commission rate. I made sure I chose an image carefully. 😊
