pams1st I just received an e-mail from Posh, that i never mailed out the long black cardigan. It was picked up on Friday, Oct. 23 from my husband's office. Please keep in touch when you receive it. If you don't receive it by Friday, I think you should open a case. All I can do on my end is cancel the transaction. I apologize for this mess. Pam
