bsevans2004 I tired to message on when you would be reimbursing the $$ and adding the credit however it just says case closed. Please let me know how this works so I can insure good feedback for you because right now I am starting to get a bit frustrated.

ace21at33 Sorry for the delay in seeing this...I'm new to poshmark too... I think in a few business days you should see a refund back to the card u used for the purchase. Just in case I Will ask if there is anything additional we need to do & advise you what they tell me....

ace21at33 So their protocol is automated and in steps so their system is waiting for the item return to release your funds... I'm trying to see if they will bypass this but, I do think if you can just possibly return them this can go quicker .. they may have sent u an email postage slip to print to mail it back.... I hate to ask you to do this.... rather than tha $25...I'll just give u a credit to use in my closet for the price of the shoes for the trouble. Let me know if this is ok....

The 2 day priority tracking # is 9405510202061012116138 but you should be able to just click on a link in the app to track it that will come available sometime tomorrow.
