sonjahanczaryk Hi, I received your 4 star rating! The damage (melted straps) HAD to have happened during transit bc the bag was perfectly fine when I shipped it! I ALWAYS take videos! Sorry, you could have returned it instead of keeping it especially if it had damages! Poshmark would have refunded you and given me the amount earned on the sale which is why I take videos (to cover my end)! I'm sorry this happened!

One of the shoes has a small mustard stain touched by a child that can’t be clean. We’ve had this shoe on Poshmark for over 4 years, I didn’t know it was damaged till we located it. I don’t feel comfortable selling them to anyone, so we donated to dress to success for someone to be blessed, take care and enjoy your holidays
