Hello I just got your rating for the shoes i sent and if you actually track the item you will see I sent them out the day after you purchased them. I dont understand why you would give me only 2 stars and ruin my rating.

@pgroovehouse if it makes it better, I changed the shipping time and put other. But, you failed to mention that the shoes where very narrow. Since, I paid thirty dollars, including shipping and had to take them and get them stretched, I can't go above 3 stars.

I am so very sorry that the necklace was broke when you received it. I can assure you that the necklace was not broken when I sent it out. I would never send broken jewelry to you. I also measured the necklace and the measurements are on my listing so I'm sorry the necklace did not fit you. Did you see the measurements on my listing? If you want to send the necklace back I understand. Again I'm very sorry for your experience.
