cotecm72 Hi I was the posher that received a bracelet instead of the Margaritaville overnight carry on bag -I reported it to Poshmark they sent me the correct label and I mailed out the bracelet the day I got it. Unfortunately I still have not received the Margaritaville overnight carry-on bag from the person who was supposed to receive the bracelet. Do you have any additional information?

cotecm72 I had to write to Poshmark 3 more times and the buyer of the bracelet-with no response-unless more than two of your labels got mixed-she is not responding -alicb1979-user name. I was charged for the purchase that I did not receive -did you hear from another buyer that received the bag ?

marchgirl67 @cotecm72 She finally answered me and said she would ship the bag to you, but she said when she recieved the bracelet from you it was missing 2 of the stones... she said "not cool". I asked her if they were missing or unattached and she hasn't answered me back yet.

cotecm72 That’s odd, because it was totally intact when I took the picture to send a Poshmark stating that I had the wrong item. I have to look for the pictures in my first Communication with Poshmark but I can show it to you. That’s an odd reason to hold onto someone else’s paid merchandise as well

cotecm72 I took the pictures when I was writing the issue about delivery to Poshmark so they are in my Poshmark account but I don’t know how to find them but I know that Poshmark support does have those pictures cause I sent it to them. Do you know how to find past correspondence with Poshmark support?
