Tonya, i am very sorry that you did not like the condition of the bag. I tried (in the limited space that poshmark allows) in listing description to describe the bag as fully and accurately as possible.i also did take a picture showing some of the bleed from the water damage. Though i should have explained in more detail. In the future i will be utilizing the comment section for items that have more involved condition issues to explain fully. (See next)

With that being said, i did want you to know that though the bag does have issues please know that there are no hygiene concerns as the only thing that was carried in this bag was water bottles which caused the spillover. No formula or breast milk in bottles. So no smells or bio hazards that could be caused by other liquids. (See next)

@psllama im sorry again for the issues and i did want to work toward a compromise with you in regards to offering an item of $25 or less for free. But i have to follow poshmarks standards in this matter as they have a specific protocol to follow if you are ever dissatisfied with an item or wish to return. If so, instead of accepting the item when u recieve it, you click the button "report a problem". See next

@psllama Then you submit a picture of discrepancies that you believe exist and they arbitrate to determine whether the item can be returned by buyer for a refund or if they side with the seller. Because you accepted the item instead of reporting a problem. It makes poshmark unable to render a decision. Additionally poshmark takes a 20% fee for item from seller and retains shipping fee as well...see next

@psllama Which means that i receive significantly less $$ as a seller than you actually paid for the item. Also, there would be a cost for you to actually mail this back to me. My advice would be to either attempt to resell this item (this is a somewhat common practice on pm). Where u can relist an item that did not work out for you (due to style, sizing etc) and attempt to recoup money. See next

@psllama I do believe that this item is still in good condition outside of small cosmetic flaws especially if someone was crafty they could add some embellishments to cover the flaws and it would be very cute. If you would still be interested in my offer of a free item under $25 let me know. Thanks

Tonya, I disagree with your feedback. My item is not "on it's way out". It was in working order for me. Perhaps you will have to get to know how this musical frog night light works. You have to press one a button for music. Another for the choice of colors. That's just how it operates. Give it some time. You'll see. You made a wise choice in this purchase. Your baby will fall asleep like an angel. Every mother should have this Slumber Buddy.

@wickedflair I apologize! I changed the batteries and it works as expected. It did seem bad. My daughter played with it for a while and then the buttons stopped working, it only played one song and the lights would flicker and turn off. Luckily it's working with the new batteries so far... It stays on for 30 min not 45. I'm sorry again--I've been sent some old, worn, defective items off on poshmark recently and it's tiring to lose $$$
