lynnkcarney I had canceled my order because it was a mistake within the proper timeframe and I see that you’ve already shipped it. It said that I could cancel within three hours from time of purchase. Please advise on how to get my money back. Thank you.

I never received a notification that you cancelled the order and according to Poshmark's terms of service you can cancel an order 3 hours after purchase if it was purchased through the buy it now feature. If it's bought through an offer this is what the FAQ page says." Orders placed through an offer are final sale and cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchase". I would have cancelled it for you if I hadn't already shipped it.

greenbug8 @lynnkcarney The teal green Eileen Fisher sweater? I'm not sure what happened. When I look under my sales it doesn't say that it's been cancelled. I never received a notification in the PM app or an email that it was cancelled which I usually do. When you look under your purchases is it marked as cancelled? It usually shows up with a red x. I don't know what the space sweater is. You sent me an offer for the teal EF sweater that I accepted on 1-4-201.

greenbug8 @lynnkcarney that will be up to Poshmark. When you receive it, you can try opening a case and explain what happened. If they approve it I won't have a problem taking it back. If they deny you are welcome to use my photos to reposh it.

greenbug8 @lynnkcarney at this point I'm not sure what you can do. You have 3 days from the time you receive the order to open a case. That window has closed and the order has been marked as complete. I did figure out what happened. I saw a message request from you on Pinterest several days later. We are not allowed to take conversations off the Poshmark platform. Like I said before you only ordered the teal sweater from me. I don't know anything about another sweater. (Continued below)

greenbug8 @lynnkcarney If you look under "My purchases" it will tell you what you bought from which seller. I'm sorry. I want the people that buy from me to be satisfied, but at this point there isn't anything else I can do except suggesting contacting Poshmark.

greenbug8 @alilstitious hello! Poshmark automatically ships priority mail and yours is scheduled for 2 day. I will do my best to catch the mailman today. It will ship tomorrow at the latest and should be there for Monday unless there is a problem with USPS.
