ellenjannino Yes! You did it right! I have gone CRAZY!! Could have gotten a big fat check by now but I kept buying with my credit instead! Oh well ... learning curve ... right?! Starting now I'm going to quit buying and use it as a savings account. I honestly just jumped in with both feet and kinda learned as I went. It's really not hard and I can help you and if I can't we'll find someone who can❤ And thanks for enjoying my closet!!

aristogarmentco I would certainly have been amicable to a return. These shoes were literally brand new. I’m not sure what you found wrong but I certainly would have been open to a return if you were so unhappy.

tsbeautystash @aristogarmentco I would absolutely love that if that's possible! I can post pictures if you like.. the backing of the braided leather is loose and detached. .on both. I cannot wear these.. I have them in black and had them for a good 6 months.. no backing is undone and these are my favorite pair. Would of loved if these worked out. How can we resolve this?

aristogarmentco @tsbeautystash you have three days to dispute the transaction and then the sale is supposed to be final. But if you contact posh support they would have been more helpful. Now that the rating is their I’m not sure they will do anything about it.

tsbeautystash @aristogarmentco I tried to contract.. left comment and email..then the post came up transaction. I wanted to contact you and be discreet but there was no place but on the listing. I would have rather not been on blast on here, if we could fix it I'd like that both ways. New to posh bought a high ticket item and went smooth. This is not what I expected the communication to go. Thought I'd be handed of to another channel or discreetly to you. Guess not how this works.

aristogarmentco @tsbeautystash I have been selling on here for a while. I have never had a bad review. I’m an honest, reliable seller. Your review isn’t going to be deleted. It’s really upsetting and I wish you had tried to contact me somehow before leaving that review. I have also contacted posh support but it seems the sale may be final since the review has been submitted.

tsbeautystash @aristogarmentco that was my whole issue.. contacted posh support and no contact back from them but to rate it? So I did as followed and now this was the result. Wish it went differently and now I have mixed feelings of buying on here. Hopefully soon they will contact 1 of us and we can resolve your rating and the transaction. I'm disappointed as well. Wish we can fix this.
