jprivette @tparke07 I traded a HUGE lot of gold charms to her. She was fine and we did two trades without an issue. Then on the third trade I had a Chamilia cross charm among many other things, which I had multiples of, and somehow it was a 10k instead of 14k. It was like I killed her kitten. I immediately told her it was my fault but she has been using it like a battering ram! And telling the whole world I’m a scammer. She is truly crazy.

I am so sorry you had to go through that!☹️ I have had an issue here as well I shipped two orders to a customer and she claimed someone tampered and removed the necklace from the bubble wrap/ jewelry pouch and tissue paper and card , left everything but took the necklace. The investigation is still under way. 😠
