tonyacardona I received a blank envelope today with your note but nothing in it. The reason why they never scanned it in is because no shipping label was on it. The post office marked this damaged and shipped me the blank envelope they put in a plastic bag starting original packaging was damaged and postage was due. I would contact them I cancelled my order already.
