comochi I am disappointed with the rating. Here is the link for tracking history, https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9405510899359935767392 It showed the item was shipped within one business day. However, the package was sent to Arkansas on Nov 20th, when it should have been in AL instead. That delay caused by USPS was beyond my control.
