@9andup Okay. To be honest with you I’ve never sold anything on Poshmark, just made purchases. I have to figure out how to do it. What price do I put that will cover the shipping cost I have to pay?

@tholt85 you don't have to pay shipping. just screen shot the picture. Post it and set the price to $20. I'll purchase it and it'll charge me the shipping. you'll get a label and put it over the label on the box I sent. tape the box up and give to mail carrier.

@9andup Listing the sandals at $20 will only give me a 16 dollar earning. I paid a total of $28.30 for the shoes I purchased from you which includes shipping. You need to increase your offer

@tholt85 oh I see. I only received $16 and to purchase them back at the offer price will cost me $28.83. I can't refund/reimburse Poshmark fee or shipping because that didn't come to me, but I can get you back the $16 that was given to me for your purchase.

@tholt85 no problem. I checked with Poshmark to try and get it refunded for you but because you didn't say anything with in their allotted time they will not refund their fee and shipping. I wish I could control their policies to have them reimburse you. I am happy to refund my earnings and really want to resolve this for you. Do you have any other suggestion beside me paying $45($35 price you have them listed for plus tax and shipping)?

@9andup I’m an essential worker in NY and was quarantined for two weeks due to being exposed by a colleague. I get my packages delivered to my job so I don’t have to worry about my items being stolen. The reason for the delay is because I was quarantined and unable to have anyone pick up my items from my workplace.
I guess I’ll just have to take a lost on this purchase... Thanks...

@tholt85 have you heard from Poshmark? I really don't want you to have to take a lost for our mistake. I'm going to try and get them sold so you can get the payout and or try again to get a refund processed.
