I escalated the convo with Julie to Poshmark support just a min ago, but not sure if it’ll do any good. I do have your address though. Just want to confirm if we are just shipping out of pocket on Monday or what

sunshine0257 @tonya_c_s Can you also try to go to "Problems/Order Inquiry" on the item under "My Purchases" and select "Contact Poshmark Support" and tell them the same thing that I did, that we were both under the impression that it was being resolved through the seller and were waiting for them to provide labels and never heard from them and see if maybe they'll take care of it that way if we both contact them? Obviously, I would rather neither of us be out of pocket for shipping, so a last ditch effort!

sunshine0257 @tonya_c_s I'm essentially in the same boat, other than them saying that because I didn't file a claim against her within 3 days, they consider the sale final and resolved, which is kind of wild since it states that they can read the entire conversation between us and Julie, so they knew precisely what the issue was! Okay. She gave me your address - it's in Louisville, MS right? I don't think I can message you mine, but Julie has it. If she's unable to send it to you

So, Poshmark Support actually responded to my email to them and asked me to send photos showing it's the wrong item, so if you haven't already, hold off on shipping and let's see if they resolve this for us. You may want to go to the purchase and where it says "Problems/Order Inquiry," you can select "Contact Poshmark Support" and send them a message and they'll email you. I'm going to let them know your username and that you have my shoes and vice versa.

sunshine0257 @tonya_c_s Just checking in to say that I still haven't received any follow up for some reason and that I sent them a follow up email yesterday and again today. I'll let you know ASAP if I hear something. If not, maybe we should go ahead with shipping to one another on Thursday or Friday. So frustrating that they responded and said to provide photos as proof that the wrong item was sent, and then once I do, and give them your username, they never say anything else! lol I'll keep you updated!

They sent me the one with your address, but if you don’t have one with my address, I want to be sure to let them Know that because I can’t locate the original one provided. Is your email associated with your Poshmark account active? Mine isn’t, which may have been the issue, so I wanted to be sure to let them know if yours isn’t.

sunshine0257 @tonya_c_s I don't know what on earth Posh thinks they sent and to where lol is your email that's associated with your Posh account one that you have access to? Let me know if it is, and I'll email back Posh support and tell them to email you the label for mine directly, so that you aren't out of pocket for it! I wish they had just sent me both of them, so I could try to find a way to get it to you directly myself! lol But I DO have a prepaid label for yours in my email account.
