shopmommajanes0 I am not happy that you sold me a product that does not work. You should be a stand up kinda human and refund my money!! I messaged you from the time I discovered there were two products sent!! You sat back and said nothing to Poshmark about the whole thing collecting money for a product that you were well aware of didn't work properly. Your an ambassador for Poshmark!! Out there ripping off shoppers.

toomeycargo @shopmommajanes0 I replied that your items had already shipped and that you could return one after you informed me you had ordered 2 by accident. When you said the item did not work I advised you contact Poshmark as they handle the return process. Sellers do not make those decisions. I have tested the other items in stock like the ones you purchased and found no issues. Please wait for Poshmark to make a decision. I am happy to accept returns when there is an issue. Thank you. .

shopmommajanes0 @toomeycargo they gave me $5 posh credit and told me to keep the broken product. I find that unacceptable. I have asked for them to review the evidence again. How can they allow me to return one item and not the other?? They both do not work properly.
