krystalhicks Product arrived unsealed and bottles half empty. The face vibrator was broken, and scratched and chipped. One of the serums had undergone chemical degradation likely due to air exposure which caused the alcohol to evaporate. This resulted in a brown tar-like substance with foul odor that had concentrated into a syrup. The bottles were not sealed, and there were no expiration dates on inner or outer packaging. This company is a scam and products potentially dangerous!

niecyss Niecyss The two deep sea cosmetic jars of cream that I received from you are cheap imitations put into a jar. They were neither unopened nor unsealed. I have used deep sea cosmetics for 10 years and this is not what they sell. I contacted Poshmark and told them that this and I want a full refund. This is only the first step, if I don't receive a refund I will take whatever steps are necessary. I have pictures of what you sent that have been shared with Poshmark.

As we mentioned in the private message, We can assure you that we receive the product directly from the manufacturer and it is brand new product. We were told by the manufacturer that they have changed the formula in 2021. The yellow formula is better and you get better results. We have all the documents to support that we receive the product directly from the manufacturer. Please call the manufacturer to verify that.

lyndzieratliff After I was guar. expedited shipping b/c seller refused to compromise for free shipping, I was charged & never rec. my product. 10 + days later, I reached out, no response. After reaching out AGAIN, I was told item that was promised next day shipping was out of stock! I demanded my money back on 09/29. The seller just responded today. FYI, after the seller didn't respond to giving my money back I had to dispute with Poshmark WHO had already taken care of the refund the same day.
