mstanya13 Hi I recently recived a pair of pants I purchased and the zipper is completely broken looks as if it previously was even glued? This was not mentioned in description or sale. I cant even wear them not sure how to handle this.

prettydollar @mstanya13 Hi. So I did a little digging and I think you meant to message the account @urbanessence about the plaid pants. I have never owned or sold a pair of urban outfitters plaid pants. My advice would be to open a case for the item if you haven’t already hit the accept button when they arrived. So sorry you’re having this problem hopefully you can get your money back!
