bean5669 @toshposh29 hey i saw u also placed a vs pink order with love not judge closet - mine cancelled after 22 days of non-shipment posh just auto cancels it...she repeatedly has said she was moving and her phone broke going back to JUNE & i get it things happen but if ur so backlogged put ur vacation hold on ur closet so no new sales are made til u can catch up it's very simple!

bean5669 @toshposh29 The lying, misleading & NO communication is just so unprofessional & ive been SUPER patient but someone needs to do SOMETHING ...i contacted P.M. & told them i am only 1 of many & someone needs to force her to out her closet on vacation until she can produce it's really unfair to everyone to do this...if she had just been totally honest and handled it professionally i would've had no issues waiting however long it needed to take...

bean5669 @toshposh29 then she gets nasty with people who are upset saying "ppl have a life outside of posh" yeah well this is YOUR JOB, YOUR CAREER SUPPOSEDLY sooooo...hmmmm...i ran a customer service dept my entire career and i know first hand how difficult it is & so i ALWAYS try to b extra patient & super understanding but this is just absolute insanity...she cant answer ppl w/ orders but she'll answer new customer to make NEW sales!?

bean5669 @toshposh29 If she had just shut her closet down from new sales & put vacation notice up like every1 else does then this whole thing would've been avoided! But she continues to create new sales, more unhappy customers, more cancelled orders and just disappears, holding peoples hard earned $ up for weeks and weeks at a time lying that things are shipped out when they're NOT! Im so annoyed! Sorry i took up ur whole page lol but contact p.m like i did so that they do something plz!

toshposh29 HI @bean5669 thanks for your reply! I have been so frustrated about @lovenotjudge!!!!! It pisses me OFF! VERY rude! VERY unprofessional! Gives PoshMark a bad name to have sellers like her! My order was cancelled yesterday, since I had ordered back on july 27th. Im going to report her as well, probably wont do any good but I'll feel better LOL :) have a great day!

bean5669 @toshposh29 i know i totally understand...i was beyond patient & tried to b super understanding but it just got worse & worse...i kno if i was in same position id b doing everything in my power to make it up to customers...im very upset also bc i REALLY want the bras i ordered...so very disappointing...thank u, hope u have a great day also!
