Thank you for purchasing your new handbag! I have it boxed up and labled. Will drop it off at a postal drop off center but it probably won't be scanned until tomorrow because of the holiday. Hope you get much enjoyment from this beautiful bag!

Hi, thanks for purchasing my Swarovski necklace! Actually I already dropped the package to usps last Saturday noon (9/18), but seems there is not any update for it. I am really sorry about that, I will check with usps today to see where did the package go.

@tratru I contacted usps but they don’t know where is the package. Since it has been 5 days without any update, I highly doubt it is lost. Really sorry about that, feel free to cancel the order :(
