paislypark67 Hi Tracey😊Sorry for the delay. I've had a chance to give some measurements on the Miss Me cargo's.The waist lying flat is 15" and stretched is a 18'.There is a great deal more stretch to them than I thought.I did try these on to give you a better idea.I'm a size 14 and I can get them on but I can't zip or button them.So I would say these would fit.
