@nenax7 Hi Tracey , I forgot to send the care card that came with the box.... I'm so sorry, I took it out to clean and packed while leaving it out on my table, only after I dropped the package at the post office I realized I forgot to send it too... do you need it? Do you want me to take a photo of it ? Or send it. It says not to exposed the box to the sun and clean only with dry cloth

Although the shipping carrier tracked this order as delivered, the buyer informed us that they are unable to locate it. We are in touch with the buyer and are waiting to see if it will turn up over the next couple of days.

@bellalola11 my purchase just says delivered. I have checked with every one of my neighbors and they say that they don’t know anything about it. I hope something happens soon. I know this isn’t your fault but I can’t just lose $60. I just lost my son, so money is very limited right now anyway! I just pray that they find it or at least make it right!

@nenax7 me too! Go to purchases , press on this purchase and then press on order inquiry then on poshmark support and write again that it was never delivered. I’m doing the same for you now. I hope it helps, it’s really annoying they don’t have a phone to contact them.

@nenax7 I received an answer to the email I sent posh yesterday and it says you received a refund and they marked the package as lost and usps agent will handle it probably to check if it wasn’t stolen .... please let me know if you received a refund!
