@mickey3509 please send a pic of the shoes you are referring to. If they are the brownish ones at $30 in size 41 Birks, I know they will not fit my feet right as for Birks, I typically wear a 39 and I have wide feet. The footbed alone is a problem.

@mickey3509 They don't have to be sandals, but they need to accommodate wide feet. I typically wear a 39, but depending on the footbed, 40 may work as well. But I like bright colors that are a bit quirky in pattern, such as the alegrias I asked about, or simplistic adjustable like the Birk lines. Another line are great condition keens. The normal European brand footbeds seem to fit my feet the best. Wouldn't mind boots, but would need to he very stretchy. I hope this helps!

@mickey3509 Do you honestly feel a $20 credit suffices as a fair exchange after this fiasco? You lost the pair of shoes you sold me, then ship a pair of shoes that are too big for me without my consent, state you have no pics of the same shoes while they are posted in your closet for $79, offer to exchange and then state the three pairs I ask about are not available or say that I would need to pay more even though the cost is less than the sandals you shipped.

You refuse to have the sandals mailed back and then think that you're doing me the favor by saving on posting shoes back that I never ordered and that a $20 credit would suffice? And what in the world am I supposed to do with the shoes? Give them away?

@mickey3509 This transaction is leaving me with a sour taste and I have been bending over backwards trying to accommodate in a way we would both be satisfied. This makes me very unsatisfied and feel like I am dumped with some shoes I never wanted. I totally get mistakes happen, but this seems to have a trickle down effect.

Ok, I can see we're both frustrated and trying to do the right thing, but I don't think the solution you proposed will leave either of us happy. Cancelling the entire transaction and leaving the unwanted beige shoes with me is not the answer, especially if you can get the $79 you set as the asking price vs simply crediting me for the shipping.

I have purchased several pairs that ended up being being too small for me. But I agreed to buy them. With you losing the shoes, you not waiting for me to respond before taking action, you insisting I try on the shoes I did not purchase and were too big to begin with,

Alegrias are not different in value from Birkenstock or Keens or the other black shoes I purchased. Maybe different in perceived value based on taste, no? What do you mean cancel the transaction? @mickey3509 it's pretty sad that you won't even answer valid questions with how you have handled this issue. I have a feeling you do understand why I am so confused. I hope you are able to keep track of your products better and mark all sold products accordingly so this doesn't happen again. I also hope Poshmark reviews all communication between us as the way you communicate has not been very effective.
