I am sorry you are unhappy with the curtains. I didn’t respond because I was having serious family issues at the time of this, which therefore came first. The item clearly states that 2 of the panels had more wear. And the size is also clearly states as well, so it is not my fault they need hemmed. The curtains were an extremely cheap price compared to retail and I got them shipped to you as fast as I could. If you weren’t happy you could have sent them back and not accept the purchase.

Is there anything else i need to do? It said release the funds after i receive it, i thought you were paid directly as soon as i clicked "purchase". Please let me know

@troytmlnt Hi, Thank you for contacting me, this shipped today, I am so sorry for the delay, we were away over Thanksgiving and Poshmark does not give an option to show a seller is away. I am not sure why you received the email, the funds will release (automatically) once you have received and accepted the order. When it arrives please inspect the order and if you are happy with it you then click accept purchase, only then will the funds release. Thank you.

@mayfarm yes I do, but it will depend on the weight for shipping, if under 5lb weight I will discount, if over I need to account for how much it will weigh as Poshmark shipping costs can go quite high
