traceygohl @crazyposh Hi!! I could certainly use some help. I had 2 orders and I was not sure how I could message them. I had to copy down their name and put my comments in the comment section of the listing. Is there a way that I am missing to send a comment right from the "my sales" page? When I click on the sale item, the buyer name appears but if I click on it, it just brings me to their page. Does that make sense? Thanks

traceygohl @evsjewels I'm sorry, I have not sold a size 10 ring. I do see that I accidentally posted it as not for sale. I have 2 of these both in good condition, never worn, they were part of my inventory when I sold Silpada. Did you purchase a different item from me? I don't see you in my sales

evsjewels @traceygohl The ring shows in my purchased items. You have 3 listings for the same size 10 ring, all marked as sold. You state in the listings that the ring is size 10. I wrote you a similar message on the listing itself so you can see which ring it is but it’s the only ring you have 3 identical listings for. Since my purchased listings show this ring, your sold listings should show it too. Please advise.

traceygohl @evsjewels you are correct. I did not see the stone was missing. I got out my magnifying glass and the 2nd stone on one side is missing. You can cancel the order. If you are still interested, you can offer 15 and I will accept
