bagsnbistros I dont think it's fair to leave a 1 star review because you dont like the color of an item. the description says clearly that the photos show the true color and that it is a shade "between cream and yellow, you decide." also I cannot help you now that you've rated me. I would have been glad to work with you had you reached out to me.

missdeed2863 I am happy to change the rating. The website is confusing. Everytime I clicked on "return" it asked me to rate the product. Those tasks should be separate. I'm find to rate you a 5 star so long as you give me the process for returning the shirt to you and refunding my payment.

bagsnbistros @missdeed2863 hi! it's not the rating that is the issue. once you accept an item it cannot be refunded /replaced. I am not refusing you a return, and I definitely didn't mean it to come across that way. at this point if you message posh support they may be able to help you. next time you are unsatisfied, you need to express your concern within three days of delivery.
