Hi Tracy! I just pulled out the sandals you recently purchased, and unfortunately, they were poorly stored and the straps had some cracking that wasn’t there before. I’m so sorry! I can just cancel the sale, or I can offer you something else!

Tracy I have a problem with the pants you bought and have to cancel the sale. Long story but I had to empty my office when family came-cannot find the box with all of the clothes. Promise to get back to you as soon as I find them and if you are still interested we can start over. (Now I have to figure out how to cancel the sale??)
