Poshmark sent me an email. They should have contacted you by now for a return or exchange however you want to proceed. I'm so sorry for mix up as they were almost identical & my daughter shipped that one day. Sorry for hassle!!

I replied to their email by providing my order number. Thats the last contact I’ve had with them. There were no instructions as to how to proceed. What is the next step? I would really like to have the necklace I purchased so if I can have info on how to exchange it that would be fine.

Hi there! Posh sent me an email saying if you needed to exchange (we talked u could have both) they would need u to send them an email explaining why. I think the problem was accepting it before seeing it wasn't exact necklace.

This has been an ordeal! I apprec ur being so accommodating but just forget the necklace. I paid and i have a necklace so I wont complain. If I find I still want it I will just reorder. Thanks again but let’s call it a wash. 😊
