texascatfan Hi Tracy! Thanks for the offer on my Chico's black dress pants. They've been in closet awhile so I decided to wash them first, and just noticed a small stain near the front right hem. It is still there after washing. I have posted a photo of it on the listing in case you might want to cancel your offer. It's the kind of thing that once you notice it, you notice it? If that makes sense. Just want to be honest!
