janedavidson4 @maeja1 the measurements are from front to back are 8 3/8” and from ear to ear 6” but it is adjustable from back to front and the smallest would be 6 3/8”. I like this kind bc the whole inside can be taken out and washed and put back in with ease. It’s called a flipfold

janedavidson4 It fits me and my twelve and fourteen year old. I’m the same way I don’t wear one.., I’ve done plenty of headers. Lol 😂 we are actually going through the adoption process for two horses mine passed this last July, and it’s been the hardest thing. Nothing will ever replace Rooman but I think I’m ready. Going to the equine fair four days in April? Columbus, Ohio?

maeja1 @lindzeywebb I lost two in the last year myself (both in their mid 30s). It never gets easier. Zephyr and Atticus are irreplaceable, but I have to have that horsey love; it's what keeps me going. New horse babies help ease the broken heart, and you find that you still have lots of love to give. Anyways, let's go ahead and bundle.

maeja1 @lindzeywebb does she do braided jewelry, or something else? I will definitely look her up, as I've been wanting to do a memorial piece for the both of them. thanks for the tip. I know it's hard to believe, but you'll find another horse that you love as much, but differently, especially if you find one that NEEDS you. Rescue animals usually end up rescuing US. janedavidson4 I actually bought a sterling silver necklace with resin so it’s waterproof and the bracelets are awesome and I bought a necklace that is a ball with hair..but I read so many horrible things about people sending their hair and money and they never receive anything. That’s why I had to meet her and she started bc of her horse passing, I believe he was 30 like Rooman. Just look at it, it’s a little bit more expensive but you can tell the difference and quality.
