@tqmcm Hi Tracey, I was at the post office but they weren’t able to accept the prepaid label from Poshmark due to the overage in weight. They wouldn’t even let me pay the difference. They asked me to get a new label with the acceptable weight.
So as soon as I have this sorted out with customer service, I’ll ship it. So sorry about that.

@tqmcm Poshmark website says up to 2.5 kg is covered, but the shipping label they sent me was only for 0.75 kg. So I think it’s just a little mix up. Sorry for the delay.

@416posher Hi Mika! I just received the bag. I rated and gave feedback. I was wondering a couple things (no problems just questions). The cards that you show in your pictures weren’t included. As well you indicate that it’s a PM but it’s really big. Could it be a GM? I read that GM is bigger. Is there anywhere on the bag where I can find that out? Thank you!

I had included the card along with the snap in the side pocket with the flap. Please double check there. Otherwise we’ll have to get in touch with Poshmark as it went to their office in Vancouver for authentication.

@416posher ok I got it. Thank you. I sent you back an email with a picture of what I found in the bag. It’s just weird, and I know this isn’t your fault or your doing. Everything you did was perfect and the bag is great plus your gifts were very nice. This is something Posh did that I don’t think is right. Why would they take that card out and not put it back in? Weird.

@tqmcm The larger bag that contained the little ziploc bag with the snap is the bag that had the card. Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an oversight. But I do agree, it’s not good optics. I’m so sorry this has soured your initial purchase on Posh. Let’s wait & see what they say. The customer support is pretty good.

You say that this is a PM bag but it’s so big that I’m wondering if it’s a GM, and if you know how I can actually tell if it’s a GM or PM? And do you have or know of someone who has the smaller model? I’m short and I find this one pretty big so thought may be a GM. Thanks!

@tqmcm Oops... sorry. I guess I was focused on sorting out the card situation. It’s definitely a PM. I’m short, too just under 5 feet, and I’ve loved this bag as I carry everything but the kitchen sink in it. I used it for work & travel quite a lot.

@tqmcm Hi Tracey, the date code is stamped inside one of the pockets. If I’m not mistaken, it’s the pocket with the flap close to the top.
