janiedalton1975 I sent you a message via Facebook. I received the Lularoe XS Blue and Gold Striped Carly in the mail yesterday. I don't mind that it's not new (no tags), but it has some piling on it. The desciption was not specifed in the listing. Can I either send the Carly back for a full refund or you can issue me a full refund and I will donate the Carly? It's up to you. I'm good either way.

janiedalton1975 I just got home. I've been gone all day. I can send you pix tomorrow. It has clearly been washed and/or worn or something. When I got home, I went to check my messages and someone had replied to a message that I send and they gave a REALLY bad review about POSHMARK. I wish that I had known before I purchased the Carly from you. I hope that we can get this matter resolved and if not, I'll go another route.

tracihubbard @janiedalton1975 I can’t just issue a refund it has to be done through Poshmark I’m not doubting you I just don’t have these issues if you look at my ratings most are 5 stars ive worked with Poshmark for 3-4 years with great service from them as well do not sure why someone said bad things but everyone has their opinion I guess. If it’s truly that bad then Poshmark will refund it and you can send it back thank you!

I don't think that I should have had to do that, but I did anyway. We'll see if that works? If not, I'll demand the Carly to be returned and I'll send it straight to Lularoe Corporate?
