purplestar14 @jennygo I appreciate you for sharing that. My day started off poorly, but by the afternoon when I took my car in for maintenance, the service advisor was so nice. I had a 2 hour wait, so my family & I ate at the restaurant across the street, where the food & service was excellent. When my car was ready, we went to Dollar Tree & everyone was nice there also.
