kristenvanness @chloeandpaige good morning. Thank you for purchasing the Zara Camo Jacket. I was just packaging this lovely and the tag says L because it is Oversized my daughter labeled it XL. Before I ship it to you I want you to okay the item, brand new with tags that say large but wear oversized ❤️

chloeandpaige @allisedickson I'm sorry, let me explain the process better! I confused 2 packages and 2 of my customers received each others orders. The other customer reached out to me yesterday and told me she received your sweater. I messaged you and later you confirmed that when you said you received her backpack. For me to correct the issue both customers have to open cases against me that state the error. Then Posh will issue return labels.

chloeandpaige @allisedickson Click your closet name on the lower right corner. Then go to my purchases. Tap the sweater and where it says order status you can accept or deny. If that doesn't work on the bottom of that page it says problems and you can click there. I will fix everything ASAP. Thank you!

chloeandpaige @allisedickson Hello, I received your sweater back. I will have to wait for the return to complete in the Posh system. Funds are held until the transaction is complete. Since the transaction didn't end in a sale the funds will be sent back to you. Then I will relist the item and you will have to rebuy it. I'm sorry for the hassle!

chloeandpaige @allisedickson Hello, I have the sweater. If you look at your purchases you will see the order was marked cancelled. I never received your payment and your payment was returned to you. I've waiting to hear from you before relisting the sweater so no one else purchased it.

I'm not sure why the payment wasn't received, but I had mentioned that my husband would send the backpack as I was heading out of town for work. I didn't realize the payment was not complete; I'm not clear on why. So the sweater has been sold to someone else?

chloeandpaige @allisedickson You paid for the sweater and Posh holds that payment until the sale is complete. As a seller I don't see your payment until the sale is complete. Since I shipped the wrong item Posh returned the payment to you. So now I have the sweater and you have your money. I will relist the item and tag you. It will be a brand new transaction.
