msalaska Hi Traci! Nice to meet you and welcome to Poshmark ;-). To answer your question, In your "newsfeed" you will see the "heart icon" (meaning someone liked your item) click on the item that was liked, then you will see the "price drop" on the lower hand side, click on it, then you will choose either 'public or private" click on one of them, then put in "your offer" and your 'shipping discount" and that's it ;-)
