twk_jewelry I used to work out everyday and was a size 6 and felt good. I looked forward to working out. Then I quit and I'm tired and sick everyday. I'm a size 15-16 now and it makes me horrified that I let myself get this way.

traciej17 @dkjewelry it's sooo easy to get off track. Everybody tells me to slow down and not workout so much but I know if I do I will get back into the habit of laying on the couch and watching tv and get off track!

katzkoz @traciej17 Hey....I know the work you put into it, let alone the way you had to eat. Many people have the wrong conception about bodybuilding so I'm glad you put it out there to see that you can look just as feminine when you lift weights too. And what you did is something you should be proud of! Your child will forever be proud of mom...and ALWAYS have the jealous moms around too! heehee....who cares! traciej17 @katzkoz yes lol so many haters now and even lost friends over it. But hey it wasn't given to me. I worked my butt off for 3 years for every bit of it. Not giving in to cravings, spending 2 hours in the gym a day, sweat and tears and they can too so they shouldn't hold it against me 😁

katzkoz @traciej17 Ive been thru it all! I've been in every magazine about BB, in the Gold Gym Encycl. Blah blah blah....but ALWAYS took it in stride and a sense of humor about it. When I did it, women looked like women. Not men. Some took it too far. I've lost friends....but were they really??? I've had jealous women say things....didn't stop me. I was determined. That's why you'll do very well here. You're determined and have the drive to succeed! You're a star!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
